Six weeks later, the recipient mice were immunized subcutaneously with CFA/Fat1562, followed by a boost with IFA/Fat1562 intraperitoneally one week later. The clonotype+ Tregs from the spleen/lymph nodes and VAT of recipient mice were double sorted and processed for RNA-seq.
