Description
Pancreatic β-cells mRNA profile of P6 (WT) and P45 (WT) were generated by deep sequencing in triplicate. Whole islets from βTSC1 KO and controls (CTRL) were generated by deep sequencing in duplicate. Whole islets from db and control (Control) were generated by deep sequencing in duplicate.
