Resource Data Portal
In an effort to improve adherence to F.A.I.R. principles, the Resource Browser has multiple ways of accessing resource data programatically. Currently there are three methods for connecting to and integrating with this data.
REST API
Currently the most fully featured API. Allows for querying resource data as well as submitting new resources and resource usage reports.
You will need access to submit data - contact help@hirnetwork.org for an API key.
LINKED DATA
Linked Data is structured data that is interlinked with other data to make it more consumable by machines. By harmonizing data elements against
existing ontologies, we are able to attribute fields and properties to well defined ontology terms, making them more semantically usable.
GRAPHQL API BETA
GRAPHQL is a query language designed for APIs.
